American Dream Mauntel Realty LLC…. The company began operation on August 23, 2002 with four agents. The company officers at that time were Jake Mauntel President. Our motto has been “Live the Dream” to which our agents have helped many clients to live their dream of owning their own home. We feel that success is obtained by finding a need in the community and then providing the best product you can to fill that need.

American Dream Mauntel Realty has grown consistently since its beginning. As of the end of 2006, American Dream was ranked 2^nd in land sales in the Southwest Indiana MLS and one of the top agencies in residential sales in Dubois and surrounding counties. American Dream currently has 2 offices to better serve our clients. Our main office is located at 203 E. 6^th St. Jasper, IN. We have expanded to 12 agents with many being interviewed each week. We have agents that specialize in single family homes, land and farm, and commercial sales. American Dream is looking at expanding into property management in the future.
